I think a practical application would be in an actual functioning urban farm project, that would help solve agricultural needs. The effect of the experiment is important to the success we get off the project, as now we know how to maximise efficiency in the urban farm, making us able to maximise produce.
Areas for further study
How can we maximise small spaces to fit larger amounts of crops and not face the problem of overcrowding. This is because as urban farming will be concentrated in small industrial areas and unused urban areas, we thus cannot control how much land we gat to use, thus, it is important that we can save space and effectively carry out the urban farm, in small areas(alleys, unused storage spaces, warehouses, rooftops, off the sides of buildings) and still manage a reasonable amount of efficiency
